This form can be used for when a player has done something wrong on the server and you wish to report them. If you report someone don't expect them to be dealt with straight away, they need to be inspected by an Administrator.

Don't know what a GUID is?
A GUID is a special code that each player is given when they install call of duty 4. Because each player has their own code and cannot have the same code as someone else it makes it easy to locate a specific player by using their code.
Don't know how to find a players GUID?
To find someone's GUID follow these steps: 1. Open Console.
2. Type /pb_plist
3. The GUID will be a list of numbers/letters which should be 8 characters long.
4. Write the GUID somewhere so you can remember it.
