How long have you been apart of OpFor? Friday, 29/01/2010, 11pm to Present

Have you been a server administrator before? If so, what server were you administrating and who was your Leader / Head Administrator? No prior experience as admin. ^^ looking to learn

What makes you stand out from the other applicants? Even tho i dont have prior experience i have a great sense of humility and what is right and wrong. I would be a fair admin listening to everyones concerns because i take the time to get to know people.

For what reason do you want to be an Administrator? Seeing that the server rules are followed, making sure everyone is having fun and taking care of anyones problems if they need help.

Have you ever been banned before by another server Administrator? If so, what reason were you banned? No - dont plan to either ^^

No, that seems sneaky and underhanded

Average Play Time: i play around 25 hours a week during school times and round 50 hours during holidays.

During what hours do you play? And on what days? depending, mostly from midday to early morning (3pm to 3am)

-----PART A (GENERAL QUESTIONS)-----

Q) How long have you been a member of Opposing Force?

A)Since Friday, 2010-01-29, 11:15 PM

Q) Have you ever been a Server Administrator for another Clan/Group/Server?

A) Not yet unfortunately

Q) What can you offer to the Administrator Position that you believe other members cannot?

A) Even tho i dont have prior experience i have a great sense of humility and what is right and wrong. I would be a fair admin, listening to everyones concerns because i take the time to get to know people.

Q) What reason(s) do you want to be an Administrator for Opposing Force?

A) I wish to make sure that the server remain fair and fun for all and that opfor becomes more popular through that.

Q) Have you ever Been banned or kicked on another server or our server, for any offenses you may have caused, accidental or on purpose?

A) I have not been banned or kicked on any game or any site for any reasons.

Q) If you are not chosen to be an Administrator, how are you going to retaliate?

A) I will continue to play fairly, and help those who become new administrators by treating them with respect and only becoming involved in their work if asked of me.

Q) How long should a Player be kicked for their first, second and third offense?

A) First time a kick with no time delay, second a kick with a 2min cool off period and third offense would be a 10min cool off period.

-----PART B (RHETORICAL QUESTIONS)-----

Q) A User has logged onto the server, he is level 3 and without your noticing he was gaining kills using martyrdom. Another player spots the person using martyrdom and starts yelling at the player and abusing him. What do you do?

A) The player at level 3 most likely does not know the rules of the server and is new so firstly, you would ask the person yelling to in future tell a clan member and to be nicer next time. Next you would remind the player at level 3 of the server rules and ask him to change his class so that martyrdom is not an issue. If he continues without removing the perk. remind once more, and then kick if they continues. If the person who was yelling at the level 3 person continues to abuse the other player, remind him that clan members will deal with rule breaking and say that if he continues he will be kicked for a minute to cool down.

Q) A person is using Last stand and kills You, the Administrator. How do you react to this situation?

A) Warn him that last stand is against server rules and that if he does not remove it, it can result in him getting kick from the server.

Q) A Member of Opposing Force is abusing players, and using said banned perks. What do you do?

A) Remind the Member of his obligation to the rules of opposing force, that his behaviour is unacceptable, and report to either reflex or wonder.

Q) A Player logs on with the Op For tags, you have not seen before, you approach him and ask him who recruited him, at first he doesn't answer, possibly because he's blind, the second time you ask him he says that he was recruited by Wonder and Reflex, How do you check to make sure he is a true member of Op For and not an impostor?

A) If reflex or wonder is around, talk to them and secondly check the website members list for the persons name. Secondly you can check the /pb_plist command for his proper name and also his GUID code for later reference if reflex or wonder says that it was a person who was impersonating a clan member.

Q) You find out that the Intruder is actually an impostor pretending to be part of Op For either as a joke or because he wants to join the clan. How do you deal with him?

A) Ask him to take of the tags since he is not in the clan and tell him if he is really interested in joining he should read the forum on how to do so, If
he doesn't take them off then firstly /pb_plist the GUID code of his account and his true name and kick him from the server an report him to reflex or post the information on the reporting section of the site.

Q) The Player that was warned about last stand comes back and uses it again, further increasing the tension of the server and its players, How do you deal with him the second time?

A) Warn the player again that he has been told about the last stand perk and that if he doesnt remove it then he will be kicked for 5mins or more straight away, and also report this to reflex or wonder.

Q) A Player comes on and uses rcon, he doesn't present any tags and is changing the server configuration around (Changing speeds, gravity, maps) He refuses to answer any of your questions, How do you deal with this?

A) Gather his info, name and GUID code and report him directly to reflex seeing that reflex should only know the account rcon account.
