Q) How long have you been a member of Opposing Force?

A) since 29-1-10

Q) Have you ever been a Server Administrator for another Clan/Group/Server?

A) no never but i am will to learn

Q) What can you offer to the Administrator Position that you believe other members cannot?

A) i am on alot of hours more than most others and i always give people chances before i do something about it

Q) What reason(s) do you want to be an Administrator for Opposing Force?

A) i have been wanting to be an admin in |K|K| and didnt get it but now ive a got another chance to prove myself for the Opfor clan.

Q) Have you ever Been banned or kicked on another server or our server, for any offenses you may have caused, accidental or on purpose?

A) yeh i have AAT ( |K|K rivals) went on for 1 min and was banned for no reason at all

Q) If you are not chosen to be an Administrator, how are you going to retaliate?

A) i will wait for anoter time for my oppotunity i dont take things badly

Q)How long should a Player be kicked for their first, second and third offense?

A) i would proberly kick some1 for 1 min and go up to 10 and then 30 minz and if they come back on and do it again ill report him to you >Reflex<

-----PART B (RHETORICAL QUESTIONS)-----

Q) A User has logged onto the server, he is level 3 and without your noticing he was gaining kills using martyrdom. Another player spots the person using martyrdom and starts yelling at the player and abusing him. What do you do?

A) i usually check levels during game play so i would find out if he has marty first but the guy abusing him will most likely be kicked as he isnt using appropriate language for out server.

Q) A person is using Last stand and kills You, the Administrator. How do you react to this situation?

A) i always give people chances so they will be fine usless if they ignore me.

Q) A Member of Opposing Force is abusing players, and using said banned perks. What do you do?

A) i wouldnt kick a member ok Opfor but i would talk to him about his language and report the player to you >Reflex<

A Player logs on with the Op For tags, you have not seen before, you approach him and ask him who recruited him, at first he doesn't answer, possibly because he's blind, the second time you ask him he says that he was recruited by Wonder and Reflex, How do you check to make sure he is a true member of Op For and not an impostor?

A) you check on the site if they have made an application if not ask them to remove

Q) You find out that the Intruder is actually an impostor pretending to be part of Op For either as a joke or because he wants to join the clan. How do you deal with him?

A) ask him to take tags off if he doesnt respond kick him and report the player to clan leader

Q)The Player that was warned about last stand comes back and uses it again, further increasing the tension of the server and its players, How do you deal with him the second time?

A) give him one last warning and kick him for longer if he doesnt respond ( no longer then 1 hour ) and report his name to clan leader

Q) A Player comes on and uses rcon, he doesn't present any tags and is changing the server configuration around (Changing speeds, gravity, maps) He refuses to answer any of your questions, How do you deal with this?

A) try to kick him for enough time so i can report his name to clan leader
