I today have been playing cod4 near to 12 hours solid on Opfor's server and its 2.30am in the morning and i thought i might post a warning.

LONG TERM PLAYING OF VIDEO GAMES IS BAD, for health reasons every hour please get up and walk around, look to long distance items and short distance items.

Stretch out and move about cause if u dont, u will die, yes u will die. Thankfully i had a phoenix down and a teammate.

please play it safe, get up and kill ur family for a bit.

Even though im seen on for ages at a time i dont get the luxury of sitting down and playing a whole match, my dad decides to use me as a tool to do anything he's too lazy to do. Today he was watering the garden and came inside to tell me to empty out the wheel barrow, and he just watched me while i did it. :/
